Climate Mechanical feels like an old friendalmost like familyto us. They are honest, friendly, and highly professional. They installed our A/C system in 2011, and it has been working wonderfully ever since. Their annual maintenance checks are always thorough, and their rates are very reasonable.When our thermostat suddenly stopped working last week, Gavin and Mike came out the very next day and installed a new unit. We were so grateful not to have to endure Austins hot weather without A/C!What impressed us even more was their outstanding customer service. When we told Gavin that the screen on the new thermostat was a bit too small for us, he immediately offered to refund the cost of the unit so we could choose one we liked better. They would only charge us an inspection fee to install the replacement. That level of honesty and flexibility is rare.We would also like to mention Vicky and Kay. They are warm, caring, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Not only did they do their best to schedule service for us as quickly as possible, but Vicky even tried to help troubleshoot the issue over the phone.Overall, we simply cannot say enough good things about Climate Mechanical. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and kindness!

These guys are amazing!!! I had family in town for Easter, and of course my HVAC went out. They were the only ones that would come out and fix it same day! I thought I was going to have to get everyone a hotel room which would have been way more expensive. Can't thank them enough!!

This is a family-oriented, personable company, and you can tell they care. They pulled the proper permit and took the time to clearly walk us through what was going on and why a replacement made sense. There was no pressure or upselling, just honest, straightforward guidance. They installed the new system efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before they left. More than anything, they made my mom feel comfortable and well taken care of, which meant a lot to us. It’s not easy to find a company you can truly trust, and I would absolutely recommend them.

We have been using Climate Mechanical since the mid 90s they have done new systems installations and maintenance checks for winter and summer seasons. The owner Mike is the best, he is courteous and very knowledgeable. The technicians Jose and Travis keep the systems in top form and are very conscientious. The office staff are very helpful too. I would not use any other HVAC company!

Climate Mechanical was always there for me. I been using them since the mid 90's. Mike always had a good anchor crew and it's still solid with tenured mechanics. They are also doing commercial maintenance. Thanks CM for being consistent.

I was having hvac issues and within one hour, Nelson from climate mechanical showed up. He was super respectful and went above and beyond. He fixed my unit within a timely manner and did a great job. I would recommend climate mechanical to anyone who is in need. A+ service
