When my AC went out unexpectedly on a Sunday, every company I contacted was closed except Climate Mechanical. Their technician, Gavin, arrived within an hour and was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the fix. Not only did he work efficiently, but you could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything back up and running the right way. He had my AC fixed just as quickly as he arrived. Great service all around, highly recommend both Gavin and Climate Mechanical.

Gavin did a great job today for the Spring inspection. He took his time & was very thorough. He explained the things he was checking, etc. and his findings. He was very friendly & respectful.

Gavin performed an annual (Spring) service on our three units this afternoon and did an outstanding and thorough job. Gavin has serviced our a/c units multiple times and is really pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about the systems and does a good job answering questions related to the equipment and its functioning. He deserves more than a 5-star rating!!!

Ive been a customer since 2019. Travis has helped us for years at the house. He is always courteous, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. Mike the owner is accessible as well if you need to talk to them. This time they came on a a Saturday (Valentines Day) because our unit had an issue. They came to get it fixed for the Mrs before valentine dinner was going to be uncomfortable. They have done duct work for me, repairs, and whole system replacement. I recommend them 5 stars!

The system they installed six years ago still runs great thanks to their solid installation and ongoing maintenance. Travis has helped us multiple times and even came out on a Saturday to save our Valentine’s dinner — courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The parts for the repairs ended up being under warranty as well which helps the pocketbook. If you need HVAC installation, AC repair, heating service, or maintenance in Austin, Travis County, or Hays County, I highly recommend them. Great service every time.

He was dependable, always on time, and took the time to explain what was going on with the system in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didnt just fix the issue, but also made an effort to talk through what wasnt working and how it could be improved. He stayed professional throughout the whole experience, which made the process smooth and reassuring.
